dry days

We all have them and to be honest I’m not sure why. I’ve been told it’s where we grow and where we learn to rely on God. If so that doesn’t make them any easier. In the end there is very little you can do to make them easier. The dry times when God feels far away and you don’t hear Him like you used to are hard.

What I can say is that I’ve been there and so has Jesus. Jesus felt God leave Him so He knows what it’s like (read the story of His crucifixion). Your not alone, so don’t keep it to yourself. Talk to those you love and that love you about how you feel. Maybe they are smarter than me and will have advice but if nothing less to have someone listen to you and care about you where your at is a good feeling.

All I’ll say is if you are feeling dry God is still there, God is still faithful and you will come out the other side.

Be blessed, Satan would bother people who don’t bother him.
